La Nacion Describes Pacific Park

September 15, 2008

Among the charms on Tamarindo Beach in Guanacaste is Pacific Park, which is being built by Proycon. This project, developed by Missouri Tamarindo 19SA, is a mixed-use development with ultra luxury condominiums and commercial spaces.

Pacific Park is a seven-story building that consists of 34 luxury condominiums and 8 commercial spaces (situated on the ground floor of the building).

Those interested can choose between three types of condominiums and penthouses. Sizes are from 1800 sq. ft to 3200 sq. ft (penthouse). The condominiums come in two and three bedrooms and adaptable floor spaces to fit the customer’s needs.

Among the finishings, we see granite surfaces as well as Wenge wood and Frigidaire Professional Series stainless steel appliances. Appliances include large refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full stove and oven, to name a few.

These living spaces also have generous balconies with mesmerizing views to the ocean or mountain. Jacuzzis, walk-in closets, hand-made cabinetry and luxurious finishings come with every one of these exquisite condominiums.

One of the more innovative services offered at Pacific Park is the concierge, with qualified and dedicated personnel tending to specific needs any of the residents may have.
Pacific Park will also have common social areas such as a swimming pool and a full bar with barbecue area.

Tranquility. The building has its own water reservoir as well as an emergency fire fighting system and an electrical generator. Underground parking will be available and each homeowner will have one or two spaces, depending on the type of condominium they acquire.

There will also be parking spaces around the building to provide a space for visitors of the shops and restaurants.

Locked storage spaces will be provided for each homeowner as well as two elevators and a secure access with qualified security guards from a private certified company. Five of the seven floors are now completed, the model home is to be ready in December 2008. The completion of the project is set for May 2009.

Pacific Park is currently in the pre-sale phase, four condominiums and one commercial unit have been sold.

Prices start at $475,000 and can be reserved with $5,000. For more information, you can call +506 2653 0192 or info@pacificparkcr.com

Pacific Park Plants 520 Native Trees to Protect Natural Water Source in Tamarindo

June 26, 2008

Tamarindo, Costa Rica (June 26, 2008) Local government, school children, and Pacific Park worked together to plant 520 native trees to protect a nearby natural water source in Tamarindo for future generations.

The 520 trees were paid for by Pacific Park Condominiums and construction workers took time out from building to dig the holes for the school children, who then planted the tree..

“This was a fun and meaningful two days for everyone involved,” said Paul Cruz, partner in Pacific Park.

The reforestation effort is the beginning of an ongoing environmental campaign to preserve and protect Tamarindo’s natural beauty and ecosystem. This campaign was coordinated by the Environmental and Cultural Committee of Tamarindo in cooperation with the Commission for the Diria Biological Corridor and other local officials.

“Pacific Park is committed to sustainable environmental development,” said Cruz. “We are very happy to be involved with community improvement projects in Tamarindo.”

Pacific Park received praise from the community and letters of thanks from local environmentalists for their involvement.
